Park Crescent

Overlooking Regents Park, the project required an extensive structural cut & carve and reduced dig followed by a high-spec fit-out and refurbishment of 5 existing apartments and a further extension of the property to create 2 new residential apartments. The apartments boasts an impressive open space living overlooking the park, all with terraces and external courtyards, finished with luxurious bespoke finishes and high attention to detail. New M&E and AV throughout and hand selected bespoke joinery and marble finishes.
