Overview
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aftercare Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast paced construction company based in SW1 in Central London who are involved in numerous high-end residential development projects.
We are seeking an individual, who has experience operating in a client/customer-facing role, who will be responsible for making sure they are on hand to answer queries and support with practical help as the first point of contact for clients/customers.
Reporting into the Aftercare Project Manager, to support the Aftercare department in managing all client-related issues through to resolution, this role will involve communicating with both internal and external customers.
You will be efficient and have experience in coordinating the administration of the Aftercare department to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively. You will be highly organised, structured and eager to take on a demanding yet rewarding role, as well as having a passion for quality and professionalism.

Industry experience is important however people who can demonstrate their experience from other industries will be considered.
